All products are shipped via UPS ground Service, and spare parts are shipped by US Mail unless otherwise specified.
We do not ship any order COD. Orders must be paid with a cashier check or money order and received by us before the shipment of the order.
We do not accept personal or company checks.
We are not responsible for package not being delivered on time after leaving our warehouse.
We are responsible for shipping the package on time but do
not assure(s) the delivery time by UPS, US Mail or any other carriers used.
In the event that a product needs to be returned to a manufacturer for service or warranty work, the customer is responsible for all shipping arrangements. Please refer to manufacturer policies regarding the procedure and cost of shipping returns; please contact them for details.
Return Policy & Terms
- We will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 15 days.
- All products we sell, come with a one-year warranty from the manufacturers (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired at no charge. Spare parts do not have any warranty.
- After 15 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
- Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. You may upgrade or downgrade an item within 15 days of purchase as long as the originally purchased product(s) are in new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have no markings on its box.
- Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
- Deliveries are to curb side for large packages and smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use, do not deliver inside homes.
- Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
- Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA.
- We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
- Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery company and to us within 1 day of receiving the ordered item(s).
- Please remember that we are here to help our customers. We will do our best to meet your needs. We guarantee that we will do our best to service your item at low cost or even no cost to you even after the warranty period is over.
- 20% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.
- All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.
- Returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA's issuance.
Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. Baycityintl.com is not responsible for returned packages if lost by carrier/shipper.
- Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.
- All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 15 days of receipt.
- 20% restocking fee will also be charged for any order that is refused on delivery
- 20% Cancellation fees are applied on all cancelled orders.
- This policy may be modified or changed without any notice.
